Backsafe Australia gets things done. If a client has a safety or productivity challenge – or both – the Backsafe team solves it, providing out-of-the-box workplace equipment or outside-the-box custom solutions. But they had a problem: how to tell their whatever-it-takes story.

As is often the case after a couple of briefing workshops, it was clear enough what the Backsafe team needed to say.

The next iteration of the Backsafe business is all about their in-house design, mechatronics and fabrication capabilities – modified and custom storage and materials handling solutions, rather than just sourcing and delivering equipment from other suppliers.

But the words. Oh, the words.

Messaging challenge accepted. Problem solved.

Our copywriters worked with the Backsafe team to establish a messaging platform that would inform all their storytelling and content creation, starting with a new tagline that not only conveys the right message but encapsulates the calm, can-do attitude of the Backsafe team.

  • purpose and promise statements

  • customer value propositions (CVPs)

  • industry value propositions

  • employee value propositions (EVPs)
