Jo Baker, freelance copywriter, brand storyteller and fundraiser.
Born into the London ad agency world in the mid 90s, Jo cut her teeth writing for the likes of WHSmith, Coca-Cola Schweppes and NatWest Bank. But it wasn’t until the early noughties that she discovered her true calling - writing for tourism, ethical brands and the non-profit sector. She’s had the privilege of working with Tourism WA, Australia’s North West and the City of Armadale, ENJO and Solar Dwellings, as well as 100 Women, Hepatitis Australia and Tangaroa Blue Foundation. One of her charity client relationships also developed into a permanent position as the Fundraising and Brand Development Lead for PetRescue - Australia’s most visited charity website.
