The brief: HIF offers great-value Extras health cover, but there are some HIF members who only have HIF’s Hospital cover – in short, there are valued HIF members who are missing out.

With this in mind, we were asked to come up with some direct mail concepts designed to encourage existing members across Australia - members who only have hospital cover - to take out an Extras policy and start saving money.

The solution: Our copywriters developed a number of DM ideas, and the HIF team chose a concertina concept that unfolds to reveal a high street, highlighting all the places you can save money when you have HIF Extras cover – including, intriguingly, saving at the bank.
