You should never be afraid to toy with the ‘what ifs’ – no matter how ludicrous the concept might be. If it’s relevant and resonates with the audience, it’s worth pursuing. Whether you’re a copywriter, an art director or the paying client, let go of your fear, let go of your ego and give ‘what if’ a chance.

The ruler of the worldwide web is still content. It’s what wins you fans, friends and followers. So when you’re building a new site or overhauling an existing one, you need a web content strategy that’ll get your online voice winning hearts and minds.

Inviting a freelance website copywriter on board from day one, together with your web developer, would be a good move. But even if you’re setting your own fingers to work on the web content, preparing a brief for yourself or your copywriter should be top of your ‘must-do’ list.
